Imp Factory Analytics (the App) is an analytics platform provided by Imp Factory that allows users to connect their Instagram Business and Creator accounts and track performance metrics over time. Users access the App to monitor their own social media data through a centralised dashboard.
When a user connects their Instagram account to the App via the Instagram Graph API, we collect the following data on their behalf:
We do not collect private messages, comments, story content, or any data about the user's followers or third-party individuals.

We do not sell, share, license, or transfer Meta Platform Data to any third party. Data is never used for advertising, audience targeting, or profiling.
User data and collected metrics are stored in a secure, access-controlled database. Access tokens are stored with encryption and are never exposed publicly or shared with other users. Each user's data is isolated and only accessible to that user and authorised administrators of the App. Data is retained for as long as the user maintains an active account. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed.

These processors operate under their own privacy policies and data processing agreements and do not use your data for any purpose beyond providing infrastructure services.
Users can revoke this App's access to their Instagram account at any time via Instagram Settings → Apps and Websites. Upon revocation, data collection for that account stops immediately. Users may also contact us to request deletion of all previously collected data.
This App complies with the Meta Platform Terms and the Meta Platform Developer Policies. Platform Data is used solely for the purpose of providing analytics to the user who connected their account, and is not transferred, sold, or used for any secondary purpose.
